Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Refunds will be processed within 5β10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the damage
We will arrange replacement or refund at no extra cost
